| Interconnection Quality Analysis |
 |
|

|
| interconnection
refers to the RF infrastructure
required to transport cellular BTS downlink and uplink signals between
the air interface and the radio equipment. Vital to the performance of
the radio system this infrastructure includes the antenna and all
common components between this radiation collection point and the
radio equipment. Quality
of RF components selected and the workmanship used to install these,
is key to the long term return on investment for the whole
cellular network. Poor quality installations are a time bomb with
potential remedial costs being masked until there is a need to expand
the capacity or coverage of the cell.
Analysis of the
interconnection quality up until now has been difficult and
expensive, hence often passed up as unnecessary. Triasx iQA is a suite
of products and services that provide Remedial or, more importantly,
preventative solutions that allow the radio equipment to perform to
the extent intended by the design engineer at all times. |
