Triasx is based in Brisbane Australia, and was established in 2005 as a continuation of the Filtronic Comtek subsidiary operating there since 1995, following a buy-out of all Filtronic Comtek assets led by the two founders of the original Filtronic Comtek Australian entity. Under Triasx, the same technology, products, staff, plant and equipment is being applied to the same market and customer base.

After more than 10 years of service in Australia, Triasx is a recognised industry leader in the design and manufacture of technically complex radio frequency (RF) products for use in wireless communication systems. Triasx has a particular expertise in providing sophisticated filter based products, included tower mounted amplifiers, for network optimisation and also technology overlay where multiple wireless standards are co-located. 

We operate in many international markets and currently supply filter based products to leading mobile service operators in the USA, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.

All research and design is carried out at the Brisbane facility using the latest software and hardware investigation tools. The team of engineers has been carefully established over many years with an emphasis on skills, experience and continuous learning. 

Most manufacturing is carried out at our Brisbane facility, using the latest and most advanced production management processes and tools. All electrical testing is carried out using automatic processors, and each assembly operation is controlled by a bar code monitoring system which uniquely identifies the process operator, with each operation, with particular serial numbered test equipment and calibration status. This system allows the collection of data and subsequent statistical analysis and yield / trend monitoring.

Triasx operates a quality management system that is currently certified to ISO9001 and IS014000 (environmental) international standards.
